stillroom.

Practical AI. A little more breathing room.

Less busywork.
More room
for life.

Your business needs you.
It shouldn’t need every moment of you.

We help small businesses put AI to work on the emails, follow-ups and everyday tasks that keep pulling you back to your desk.

The reason we’re here

You didn’t start a business
to live in your inbox.

There’s the work you love. Then there’s the work around it. Chasing a reply. Copying details between apps. Remembering who needs a follow-up.

Stillroom helps take that second kind of work off your shoulders. We turn useful AI into practical workflows that fit your business, with clear boundaries and you in charge.

What we can help with

A few less things
on your mind.

Start with what keeps interrupting your day.
Build from there.

01

An inbox you can leave.

Bring important messages to the surface, prepare replies and keep track of conversations waiting on you. Review the words that go out in your name.

Email triage · Reply drafts · Reminders
02

The follow-up, remembered.

Connect the end of a job to the next useful step. A check-in, a review request or a reminder to get back in touch, shaped around your customers and your timing.

Customer check-ins · Review requests · Follow-ups
03

Less moving things around.

Turn meeting notes into next steps, organise incoming information and reduce the copying between tools. Give routine admin a repeatable path.

Meeting notes · Task handoffs · Everyday admin
04

Your knowledge, within reach.

Make the documents, instructions and business context you already have easier to use. Help AI work from your information, rather than a generic guess.

Business context · Searchable knowledge · Useful answers

A different measure of useful

Close the laptop.
Keep the moment.

A proper lunch. An afternoon with the kids. Time to think about where the business goes next.

That’s what we’re working towards. Not more output at any cost, but useful work getting done with less of your attention tied up in it.

How we get there

Our approach

Quiet on the surface.
Considered underneath.

Good automation needs more than a clever prompt.
It needs to understand the work.

Connected thinking. Clear boundaries.
01 / UNDERSTAND

Your business comes first.

We start with how you work, where things get stuck and the tools you already use. Sometimes the most useful AI is already in front of you.

02 / CONNECT

Make one thing work properly.

Choose a real task. Define the handoffs, connect what’s needed and test the workflow before relying on it. Keep the setup proportionate to the problem.

03 / KEEP CONTROL

Decide what needs a human.

Agree what can happen automatically, what needs approval and what should stay manual. Be clear about access, data and what happens when something goes wrong.

A little clarity

Less mystery.
More useful.

Do I need a whole new set of tools?

Not necessarily. We look at what you already use first. The right starting point may be an AI feature in your existing email or office software, rather than another subscription.

Will AI send things without asking me?

That boundary is part of the setup. Customer-facing messages can be held for review, with automatic actions limited to the steps you explicitly agree to.

Can I start with just one task?

Yes. One repeated task is a sensible place to start. It gives you something concrete to test before deciding whether to connect more of the business.

Is Stillroom an app or a service?

The starting point is hands-on guidance and workflow setup. We’re also developing Stillroom software in the lab. This page describes the work we help with, not a finished software product available to buy.

Let’s make some room

What would you like
to stop carrying?

Start with the task that keeps pulling you back.
We’ll look for a practical way to lighten it.
